Units

There are 6 units in the building which are accessed by 3 separate entrances.  Some units have laundry hook-ups, and all units will have access to a modern shared laundry room.  Every unit has access to outdoor space and parking is provided.  Grounds are maintained by the owner, including lawn care and snow removal of the parking lot.


Utilities


Rent includes heat, while PUC is payed for by tenants. 


The building has been retrofitted with all new mechanical infrastructure.  This includes water and electrical services, electrical panels and wiring, ultra-efficient condensing boiler system for heat, and an integrated zoned fire alarm system for the entire buidling.  Every unit is fitted with a ducted LifeBreath air exhanger system to ensure exchange of fresh air.  Light fixtures throughout the buidling have been fitted wth LED bulbs to assist tenants in keeping power bills low.  


Repairs and Maintenance


The building owners reside on-site (Unit 100).  They are committed to keeping Corner Abbey Residences in excellent condition, and will be quick to respond to any issues regarding building mechanicals or any other concerns.      


Laundry


A modern shared laundry room will be provided for the buidling.  In addition, 2 units have laundry hook-ups that can accomodate a stackable laundry pair (provided by tenant) if desired.  Access to the laundry room will be provided with a nominal monthly fee to tenants (no hassles with coin machines or card systems) to cover the laundry room maintenance and utility costs.
