Units

The building includes 6 rental units, 3 on the main level and 3 on the lower level. The main level occupies the former church and administration offices as well as the former Minister's residence.  It includes many unique architectural elements such as cathedral ceilings, original maple floors, arch-top and stain glass windows.  The lower level occupies the former banquet hall and is well above grade with tall ceilings and windows. Two of the main level units also include a second story, which occupies loft or mezzanine space in the upper portion of the buidling.  Most units are finished with industrial loft-style elements including exposed duct work, high ceilings, and integration of unique elements of the building such as
